We have been working with carriers to plan for the expected surge in shipments this holiday season, but there will still be delays. Although we will always do our best to provide you with accurate delivery estimates, high shipments may cause these estimates to be delayed. How to track my order in time?

After you place an order, you will receive a tracking number in your Email. You can either track your order through the Courier website or sign in your account at XOCMO. Please allow 1-2 business days for tracking information to be available.

If the logistics information shows that the package has been signed for but not actually received, what should be done?

The following situations may arise
– If they don’t scan it correctly, it will show up the next day.
– If you live in an apartment, the courier may have accidentally left it at a neighbor’s house or at the front desk. Please check it.
-If you still can’t find the order, please email us [email protected] for help.

Who is responsible for the lost package and how?

We will resend you a new one or give you a full refund, provided that if you do not receive the package 60 days after it was sent. If this happens, please contact us at [email protected].
